Our Environmental Approach

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

As Demir Holding, as a requirement of our respect for people, we consider our employees our most valuable asset and regard Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) as our primary priority in all our operations.

The occupational safety specialists and workplace physicians within our group companies closely monitor processes in line with relevant legal regulations and current practices, conducting regular training and awareness programs for our employees.

Particularly in the construction sector and all other high-risk activity areas, ensuring full compliance with OHS rules not only for our own employees but also for the personnel of subcontractors and supplier companies is among our fundamental priorities.

As Demir Holding, with the goal of zero workplace accidents, we are committed to promoting an occupational health and safety culture that adopts a preventive approach, thinks risk-based, and aims for continuous improvement.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

As Demir Holding, our priority is always society and people, so culture, arts and sports are given priority in every phase of our work.

With the aim of serving the future, we attach importance to doing our best in the fields of culture, arts and sports in order to support the education of young people who have a high cultural level, are beneficial to our society and are responsible.

Support for Sports

We are aware of the role and importance of sports in society. In this regard, through our support for sports clubs operating in disciplines such as football, basketball, and sailing, we aim to encourage young people to engage in sports and foster the development of healthy generations.

We view sports not only as a means of physical development but also as a way of life that instills discipline, teamwork, and self-confidence.
As Demir Holding, we will continue to contribute to the普及 of sports and stand by our youth.
